For clients new to GYROTONIC® exercise, we ask that you take five orientation sessions with us to learn how to use the equipment and develop a customized workout plan with our trained fitness experts.

The Fine Print
- All sessions must be paid for in advance.
- All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
- You must cancel or reschedule sessions 24 hours in advance. If you miss a session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price of your session in order to cover the studio fee and the cost of your instructor’s time.
- If you must cancel a private session with less than 24 hours’ notice, consider gifting it to a friend or family member who might appreciate the opportunity to try GYROTONIC® exercise. In such an instance, please notify the studio that someone will be taking your place to help your instructor prepare.
- Instructors may be substituted without notice.
